Description
Eggzorcist is a doll with purple hair, a white bunny onsie, and a hood with bunny ears. Eggzorcist has a redness around the eyes and blue lips, in line with the implied asphyxiation in the death certificate. Eggzorcist has a red X in the center of the forehead. Eggzorcist comes with a small easter basket with easter grass and a roach painted like an easter egg.

- Eggzorcist is one of the first Officially Produced Living Dead Dolls.
- Eggzorcist has also appeared as a handmade.Eggzorcist's first handmade was a gift for one of the creator's, Ed Long's, girlfriend at the time, who returned it upon the end of their relationship.
- Eggzorcist is frequently referred to as "Eggy" by fans.
- Eggzorcist is arguably one of the most popular Living Dead Dolls, between demand and the amount of times Eggzorcist has been reproduced.
- Eggzorcist has about 20 dolls across all minis, anniversary editions, plushes and normal dolls.
- Eggzorcist's red X may be a reference to Charles Manson, an American criminal and cult leader, most famous for his involvement in the murder of Hollywood actress Sharon Tate in the late 60's.
- Eggzorcist was the first exclusive limited edition Living Dead Doll, a blood-spattered variant given out at the first Chiller Theatre Convention Living Dead Dolls attended. Only about 30 hand bloodied dolls were made.
